Introduction

This microsite will not make the case for using online video and vignettes in marketing and sales communications. We believe that case has been made repeatedly and effectively elsewhere.

We will address the challenges associated with creating, managing and delivering digital media in this new era of online, marketing and sales 2.0. We're seeing a natural evolution in how online video will be used. This involves a shift from a few, periodic, website videos, to regular "mediated communications" by all business professionals.

Imagine how you and your sales teams would feel if you learned that your competitor sales people were regularly communicating with your prospects and customers using relevant, personalized, video messages. How would your email, text and phone communications compare? How would you respond? How long would it take to respond? How much would it cost?

For over 15 years we've been pursuing this vision. We've cracked the code on making this possible.

A Different Approach

We know that enabling non-technical, low creative, crazy busy business people to be effective and enthusiastic using video requires a fundamentally different approach, process, tools and support.

Consider some of the many new challenges associated with regular communications using online video.

A different approach makes this possible.  Marketing pre-produces modules of digital media messages in formats that are ready to be assembled by the front line into final, relevant programs that can be delivered on the most convenient, appropriate media for viewers.  (methodology)

New production processes are essential to accommodate the challenges and new requirements associated with this vision.

A multimedia database provides easy access to intuitively organized assets in an application that facilitates front line assembly and delivery on multiple media formats.   (Collections)

Production services supplement internal resources and expertise.
